Here at 143 Veterinary Services, we offer something called “High Touch Care.” This refers to a business characterized by very close relationships to its clients. We are very different from a typical fast-paced “in and out” veterinary clinic. While other clinics try to “turn and burn” quick appointments to see as many pets as they can each day, we strive to do the opposite. We will choose a set number of clients and patients that we will take on. Once you are a client, we will ALWAYS prioritize you to allow you to get your conditions rechecked appropriately and to address any new problems. Once you are one of our patients, you are like family and will be treated as such. Rather than the short 15-20 minute appointments you see elsewhere, we pride ourselves on calm, slower-paced 30-45 minute appointments where we address every aspect of your pet and how to keep them on the best road to success.
While we are not open nights and weekends, we believe this will ironically actually provide you a more thorough care. A higher quality of life for our support staff will allow them to calmly provide you with a higher quality of care when they are working. We have backup measures in place to make sure that even when we are not in the office, we are setting you up for success, and you are never on your own. We have thought it through every step of the way, from an online patient gateway where you will have access to your pet’s records in an emergency (so that the ER doesn’t need to start from scratch and redo tests you have already had performed) to a partnership with a 24/7 on-call video consult service, we have you and your pet covered!
